Although the short video doesn't reveal much, several new mechanics can be seen. Bael'Gar seems to have a constant ground attack and meteor swarm, and Lord Incendius can turn part of the floor into lava. General Angerforge's reinforcements seem to be even stronger than before, and Ambassador Flamelash's fiery abilities seem even more dangerous. Finally, Moira looks set to play a bigger role in the battle alongside Emperor Taurisan, who can now summon Ragnaros during combat.
Players will have plenty of reasons to check out Blackrock Depths' new raids. This instance removes the previous awards and iconic items, but the item level is the same as the attack on Nerub-ar's palace in WoW: War Within Chapter 1.
Blackrock Depths will open with World of Warcraft 11.0.5 patch on October 22nd, but it looks like the raid will most likely die when the 20th anniversary event ends on January 7th, 2025.
