The Veil Bird's Unpleasant Guide to Dragon Age: Veil Protector

The Plight of the Veil Jumpers is one of several side missions Dragon Age: The Protector which cannot be accessed until you complete a prerequisite. In this mode, players must have Davrin available as a companion, as completing his companion quest will reveal the search area.

Rook can expect to cause Unpleasant attempt at Veil Jumpers Dragon Age: The Protector After reaching the end of Act 1. The quest will later appear as an exclamation mark on the Arlathan Forest map, waiting for players to activate it.

How to launch Plight of the Veil Birds in Dragon Age: Veil Protector

After progressing through the main missions in Dragon Age: The Protectoryou will eventually unlock Davrin as a companion. Complete Davrin's first companion quest, How to Train a Griffon, and then return to Arlathan Forest to find the Plight of the Veil Jumpers quest. Talk to Elio, who will tell you that some Veil Jumpers have been out too long and haven't returned.

Head to the marked location northeast of the Veil Bird Camp. Go deep into the forest to find a few portals and no sign of veil jumpers. Someone is calling you, but the path is blocked. To reach them, Rook must disable the relic that is causing the disruption.

Location of Hijab Jumper #1

Turn east and use the tree stump to reach the other side. Ask for Harding's power to lift the rock and use it as leverage to reach a higher hill. Disable the Relic to remove all the portals, then go back to talk to the Veil Jumper.

Try not to approach any of the portals as they will transport you to another part of the forest.

Location of Jumper Hijab No. 2

Head east from the previous location until you reach a blocked cave with a pile of sand in front of it. Ask Asan to find a relic that will explode when approached. Head into the cave to find the second dead Veil Jumper.

Location of Hijab Jumper No. 3

Head north and follow the blue quest marker until a staircase with a floating stone arch appears on the left. Continue north and up the set of stairs to see an area blocked off by a water barrier. Ask Bellara to repair the relic, which creates a barrier and sends a group of enemies towards you. Fight them, destroy the relic and talk to the veiled bird.

Location of Hijab Jumper #4

Head west from the Precious Place to reach a large archway. Climb up the nearby rocks and head north while activating all the explosive traps. Eventually, you'll reach the clearing where Davrin's companion quest ends. Look up and deactivate the relic on the arch to open the barrier. Talk to the Veil Jumper, then return to Elio to get your rewards.
