Rick Grimes is back, and this time he's getting the deluxe treatment from McFarlane Toys. The company has just announced its biggest Walking Dead collection yet, a really cool statue of everyone's favorite apocalyptic survivor in its latest take on The Walking Dead: The Living.
If you've been following the new spin-off, you'll instantly recognize the military look of Rick's Civil Republic. This figure stands 12.4″ tall and honestly looks like Rick was pulled straight from the screen and scaled down (not by much, but it is much larger than their usual figures).

When should The Walking Dead series end?
I think the downfall of The Walking Dead original series happened during Season 7. Although there were some great episodes after that, the show had lost a lot of great characters by then, the storyline was starting to feel far fetched at times, and many of us fans just started to lose interest. . To be honest, the last few seasons are a blur to me and I only remember certain episodes, namely Honor.
Straight from CRM: The New Rick Grimes
The most interesting part may be thisYou can change Rick's head to show him rocking a full CRM helmet or showing Andrew Lincoln's weathered face underneath.. His prosthetic hand (spoiler alert: Rick cuts it off in the spin-off) comes with all the wear and tear one would expect from someone who's been fighting zombies this long.
McFarlane really upped his game with this one. Unlike their regular action figures, this one A suitable resin statue, with a scale of 1:6, That gives it serious shelf presence. They have considered every detail, every scratch on that uniform seems to tell a story.
Now for the part that might ruin your wallet: this bad boy will set you back $429.68. Yes, it's not cheap, but McFarlane offers a Sezzle payment plan that splits it into four payments of $107.42 if you don't want to drop all that cash at once.
Each statue comes with its own number, meaning when they're gone, they're gone. McFarlane didn't say exactly how many they're making, but they're selling very quickly. If you're thinking of getting one, pre-orders are now open on their website.
Fair warning though, along with that payment plan, you need patience. These statues will not ship until June 2025. That's to be expected, but it's only natural for high-end collectibles like this.
The announcement of the statue comes at the right time, putting Rick back in the spotlight for “Those Who Live.” It's strange to see how far this character has come from his days as a sheriff – something this statue in all its CRM-uniform glory captures very well.
Between the size, the interchangeable parts, and the details of this issue, it's clear that McFarlane wanted to do something special for Rick's return to The Walking Dead universe. Whether it's worth the price and the wait, oh well, probably depends on how much shelf space you've already devoted to the apocalypse.
