What is the secret stock of the prudent shopkeeper in metaphor: ReFantazio
Metaphor: ReFantazio Every city holds many secrets beneath the surface for those who take the time to look around and explore. If you choose to play on one of the higher difficulties, these secrets give you huge rewards that can make facing the toughest bosses in the game much easier.
One such secret can be found shortly after arriving in Brilehaven and talking to the Wary Shopkeep. This Eugief's usually only sells herbs, though it's clear that there's another secret in this store that needs to be discovered. Here's what the hidden inventory is and how to unlock it.
Wary Shopkeep is found on Seabreeze Street in Brilehaven, the first road you enter the town. Usually he sells an infinite number of herbs, although almost all general stores also sell them for the same price. Talking to him will make Galika think there is a secret, although you need to Advance the main story and reach Virga Island Before you can figure out what the secret is
In Virga Islands, go to the Golden Deer Sanctuary and talk to the informant in the back right of the room. Buy Secret of the Eugief's Stall for 1000 ryo. This allows you to easily return to the Wary Shopkeep with the fast travel system and have full access to his hidden inventory.
Wary Shopkeep's secret inventory is masks that can be used to craft arcana masks for the Masked Dancer archetype. The price of all masks is 25,000 ryoand you can purchase the following only once:
- The white mask of Satan
- The white mask of the tower
- The white mask of the star
- White mask of the moon
- White mask of the sun
- The white mask of judgment
Once you get the Secret of the Eugief's Stall, Wary's shop no longer sells herbs at all, and only has secret inventory for sale.
If you're looking to get access to crafting every mask and ship in the game, you'll need to purchase all of these. If you're going to use the masked dancer archetype, that's fine It is recommended to make as many masks as possiblebecause they'll all come in handy at one point or another when trying to get a certain resistance or hit a difficult boss' weak spot.
