Players familiar with the Magi's Circle background will be familiar with the youngster. He originally started out as a sorcerer's apprentice, worried about doing his first terrible job – when he was recruited by the Templars to use blood magic.
Although Jovan mainly resorted to blood magic to keep up with his talented companions, after failing, he wreaks havoc both within the circle and later on Radcliffe, which causes the Earl's son, Connor, to possess him. It primarily serves as a means of using the player's health instead of mana, and lacks any unique abilities. His boss fight will see him dominate the Inquisition, making it a tough battle for players who haven't spent hours exploring the Hinterlands. His erratic use of blood magic, which allowed him to completely manipulate the fabric of time, was definitely amazing and placed him well above the powerful mages.

The main antagonist Dragon Age: Inquisition None other than the twisted abomination himself, Corypheus. One look at the Tevinter Magister is enough to show any Inquisitor that he is a man deeply in search of power.
