He did so by charging up a Kamehameha as he slowly closed the distance to Kefla, whose energy was draining at that point. After jumping towards Kefla, the combined fighter fired a powerful beam at Goku, hoping to hit him when he had nowhere to dodge. However, Goku's fierce fighting instincts allowed him to use his stored ki in one of the most creative moves of the series to roll across the surface of the arrow. It ended with a full-frontal Kamehameha that eliminated Kefla for good.
