8 Jotaro Kojo vs. Noriaki Kakiwin
The first fight that shows the super power of the platinum star

Jotaro and Kakiwin's fight may not seem like much, but fans should know that it was a historic fight given the circumstances. This was the first time Araki wrote a Stand Battle, which was a lot of fun and clearly showed that throwing Hamon away isn't the worst idea.

It made for a tricky battle that Polnareff would have lost had Avdol not pushed him on at every turn. An interesting trick of coin attack J window. It confined Gale and forced him to follow a predictable path as he was trapped by the silver chariot. The end of the fight marked the end of Polnaroff's quest for revenge, although the criminal's mother had a bone to pick with the Frenchman.

After learning of the demon's ability to stop time, Jotaro slowly realized that Star Platinum could use the same power. He slowly adjusted to Dave's time stops throughout the battle and eventually landed some solid blows that caught Dave off guard.
