It may still be October, but the holiday season is already in full swing, especially when it comes to retail. The Pokemon Center unveiled its Christmas 2024 range last week, and if you shop there, you might get an extra for free. A gift box or two starring Ditto or Eevee and its Eeveelutions, although the boxes you get are randomized and the number and sizes you get are determined by how much you spend.
The two gift box designs come in three sizes, small, medium, and large, and while the Eeveelution option has the same pattern printed on each, the Ditto boxes vary by size. The smallest Ditto box is designed to look like a box turned into a box, the medium box is still pink all over but with Ditto in his usual shape on the lid, and the largest box is the best of all. Hundreds of small dittos are printed on it.

Three months ago, Razer confirmed that the Gengar headset was real and available for purchase, but there was a catch.
The Eeveelution boxes are dark blue with Eevee's colored stars and silhouettes, and it looks like all of its evolved forms can be seen throughout. To qualify for free gift boxes, you must make sure there is at least one holiday-themed item in your cart. With a purchase of $25 or more, you get a small gift box, $50 or more, and a small and medium gift box, and a total of $75 or more gets you a complete set of three.

They're empty, but they look really, really good
This offer does not appear to be currently showing on the US Pokemon Center. However, the banner still exists on other Pokemon Center sites and should run until November 3, 2024. If you've met all the eligibility criteria, the boxes should appear in your cart at checkout, so double check they're there before checkout.
The only downside to this gift is that you can't choose gift boxes. Items included with your purchase will be selected at random. It's not clear if you'll get boxes from the same set or if you spend enough on the free gifts of multiple gift boxes, they'll be mixed together. I'd love to bag all three Ditto gift boxes, but it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if one of the Eeveelution boxes was thrown in there.
