Dubai: The beautiful city of Aix-les-Bains is all set to host a historic event as France holds its first camel race with international participants during the Paris 2024 Olympics, although the event is not tied to the Summer Games.
This groundbreaking event, which will be held on August 4, will feature two 300m races, featuring jockeys from the Dubai Arabian Desert Camel Riding Center.
This initiative aims to expand the appeal of camel sport in Europe, introducing new audiences to the excitement and cultural importance of this traditional sport. This competition coincides with the Olympic Games in France and adds to the diverse set of disciplines and athletes present in this country.
