There are currently three outfits that you can unlock MiSide. Here's how to collect them all:

school uniform

The school uniform for Mita can be unlocked in a chapter called Finally Together. The chapter begins with you arriving in Mita's bedroom. After a short while Mita enters the room and after some quick dialogues she sits on a chair near the computer.
