How to use Realmgate in PoE 2
Realmgate is one of the main features of the end game Path of exile 2. However, unlike regular map nodes, Realmgate doesn't use Waystones to navigate, it takes something else.
This guide covers where to find the Realmgate, how to use it properly, and what to expect from the other side. It's important to know what to expect and prepare accordingly so you don't miss out.

How to find Realmgate in PoE 2
The Realmgate can be found directly next to where you start the mapping phase. The fastest way to get back here is to click on it Floating house symbol On the mapping page (pictured above). This will refocus the screen to where the mapping step started. Right next to the ziggurat stone is the Realmgate.
Sometimes, the house symbol may overlap with the red skull symbol, which represents the monolithic cremation site. Both of these places are usually close. Click on one to find another.
How to use Realmgate in PoE 2
Unlike normal map nodes, Waystones do not work on Realmgate. Instead, Realmgate aims to direct players to Pinnacle's end-game boss fights. There are currently four Pinnacle boss fights in the game that require Realmgate. Here's how to access them using Realmgate.

Clay, we who are one (Chief Breach): Combine 300
Break the splinters to create a Breachstone. Use the Breachstone at the Realmgate to access Xesht's boss fight.
- Ulroth, Origin of Autumn (Expeditions Pinnacle Boss): Use a level 79 or higher Logbook (Expeditions) by talking to Dannig in the Hideout. Dannig can be randomly encountered during Expedition maps, just like the other three Expedition NPCs (Rog, Gwennen, and Tujen), after which he will permanently reside in your Hideout.

Simulacrum (Climax Delirium Event): Combine 300
Splinter Simulacrums to create The Simulacrum, which can be used in the Realmgate. Instead of a boss fight, it creates a map with 15 waves of delirium enemies. Mapping settings are best for this.
- Ritual Pinnacle Boss: Get a contact with the King item from the Ritual Favor system by spending Tribute. Use it on the Realmgate to access this fight.
Trialmaster and Zarokh, the Temporal are the final bosses at the end of Trial of Chaos and Trial of Sekhemas (4th Edition Ascendancy) respectively. These two are not part of the Realmgate system.
Arbiter or Ash, the true end-game boss who is the strongest of them all, can only be found in the Burning Monolith, not through the Realmgate. To access this fight, you'll need three Citadel Keys via Questi, which you unlock as soon as you encounter the Burning Monolith for the first time.
