Special projects require players to dedicate workers and resources to them and wait for them to be completed, a process that can take several seasons. To start a special project in Sengoku Dynasty First you need to find the construction site. Once you've visited an area, they'll be marked on your map with a guide icon to help you find them in the future. Once you find the construction site, you need to build a basic structure called “Special Project Construction Workshop”, which requires 6 logs, 10 planks, 10 bamboo and 10 stone.

Once you have assembled the workshop at the construction site, you will then need to provide the necessary materials for the project, as shown when looking at the workshop. In the example above, the bridge requires 12 legs and 20 planks. It also requires a worker that you must assign to the workshop from the Dynasty tab. The workers you assign to a particular project can't do anything else, so you need to make sure there's enough food and other essentials to last them through the end of the project.

Once you've procured the necessary resources and assigned the workers, you'll have to wait. Special projects can take several chapters, so keep doing other things and advancing the chapter until a cutscene plays showing that the project is finished.
