After absorbing Android 17, Semi-Perfect Cell became exponentially stronger than its previous imperfect form. Eliminating his screeching voice and diminutive appearance, Semi-Perfect TB had a taller, more muscular body and unleashed new attacks that would wreak havoc on anyone in his path. Big Bang Crash is a move similar to Vegeta's Big Bang Attack, only the Crash variant has an orange glow and more explosive power behind it. Semi-Perfect Cell is able to destroy small islands with just one shot of this attack, and his imposing presence makes the attack more intimidating than previous villains.
Although Semi-Perfect Cell rarely uses Big Bang Crash, this move is perfect for his character and personality. As a scary presence with a minor talent in the play, nothing is more enticing for this type of character than watching a large, surrounding area explode orange with a simple wave of the hand. Although he doesn't use it much to attack opponents, just seeing Semi-Perfect Cell's power when using Big Bang Crash is sure to send chills down any fighter's spine.
How does the Big Bang fall?
Like Vegeta's Big Bang attack, Semi-Perfect Cell raises itself off the ground to put distance between itself and the target. Stretching out one of his hands, the semi-perfect cell poured a large amount of ki into his palm, creating an orange ball of energy with destructive force. Semi-Perfect Cell launches a Big Bang attack at its intended target, a target known to destroy anything in its path and turn everything it touches to ash.

The surprise attack of the cell of the second form
After absorbing Android 17 and becoming Semi-Perfect Cell, the next goal in mind was to absorb Android 18 to become Perfect Cell. Unfortunately for him, Androids 16 and 18 caught on to his plan and escaped, hiding on a small island out of sight of Semi-Perfect Cell. Desperate, Semi-Perfect Cell began threatening the two hidden androids, promising to blow up every small island nearby to get them out. When his threats fell on deaf ears, the half-full cell set off a Big Bang crash on an empty island, wiping it out of existence.
After clearing a few more tropical islands, Semi-Perfect Cell set his sights on the island where Android 16 and 18 were, and would have destroyed it if Vegeta and Trunks hadn't arrived in time. Despite them stopping the semi-complete cell from ejecting Androids 16 and 18, the damage to the surrounding area was already done, as several tropical islands were reduced to dust.
O fool! did you forget I know you! Your cells are woven into me! You, vegetarian, are part of me!
During the battle between Half-Perfect Cell and Vegeta, the green villain came up with several different ways to use Big Bang Crash, either by powering down the shots in quick succession or using his mouth to shoot. An Unpredictable Blast of Energy With cellular DNA made up of the desirable traits of both Saiyans and villains, there was no limit to what he could do and the power he wielded. Despite not immediately achieving his full form, the half-perfect Cell was still stronger than any other villain the team had faced up to that point.
When Semi-Perfect Cell evolved into Perfect Cell, Big Bang Crash was replaced by the more powerful Kamehameha. To become a stronger and more capable fighter, Perfect Cell would adapt to the fighting style of anyone he dared to face, learning their techniques in the process and using them against them in battle. When Perfect Cell was restored to his semi-perfect form, he reduced himself to a human bomb and blew himself up, taking out as many people as he could in the process.
Types of Big Bang accidents
- Super Big Bang Crash: Similar to Vegeta's Continuous Energy Bullet, Cell Form II sends out several smaller versions of the Big Blast attack.
- Oral wave energy: The same type of attack as in the Big Bang, but the second form cell shoots out the energy wave from its mouth instead of its hand.
