Editor Oda makes an important point about what One Piece is
Editor Oda may have revealed something that is not One Piece to fans a long time ago.
One of the biggest reasons Blackbeard is feared is that he possesses two Devil Fruit powers, something no one in all of history has each piece The world has already done it. Blackbeard has a unique body that makes this possible, and what's more, two Devil Fruits may not be his limit at all. There is probably a place for the third devil's fruit that was just mentioned each piece
Black beard and the importance of three
- The number 3 is often associated with a black beard
- Education can have 3 fruits
When it comes to that each piece Characters, fans know that Oda often likes symbolism, and this can be through the most complicated things, at times, and at others, through some exciting things, like numbers. When it comes to Blackbeard, Oda often makes a pattern with the number 3. For example, Blackbeard has three skulls on his Jolly Roger. These three skulls certainly have meaning and were not chosen for absolutely no reason. Julie Rogers is usually important. For example, Jolly Roger, the pirate beast Kaido, had an oni skull that directly referred to the crew captain. Luffy has a straw hat, once again showing what Luffy is all about. Similarly, Blackbeard has three skulls, which doesn't make much sense at this point.
This ability chose me, Ace! – Black beard
All of his ships seem to be made up of three giant logs, and if that wasn't enough, Blackbeard's own character design has some pretty cool details that seem to reference the number three again. For example, the beard of a black beard is divided into three braids. He carries three flintlock guns and often appears to be missing three teeth. Blackbeard's battle against Shanks left him scarred with three scratches on his eye. It can clearly be seen that Blackbeard has number three attached to him by Oda and that must be for a reason.
Oda doesn't usually do things on a whim, and if Blackbeard is associated with this number, it certainly has some significance. Oddly enough, fans know that Blackbeard has more than one Devil Fruit, each of a specific type. The first Blackbeard Devil Fruit revealed to fans was actually a Logia fruit. The second fruit he ate was the Paramecia fruit. This leaves the third type of fruit in One Piece, the Zoan, and this is where Blackbeard's idea of having three Devil Fruits instead of two is at its peak. Needless to say, it certainly makes a lot of sense.
The first two Blackbeard Devil Fruits
Blackbeard has Yami Yami no Mi and Gura Gura no Mi
Blackbeard ate his first Devil Fruit recently in One Piece. When Thatch, the commander of Whitebeard's 4th Pirate Division, got his hands on the Yami Yami no Mi, Blackbeard murdered him in cold blood and stole the Devil Fruit. In doing so, he essentially made himself an enemy of the Whitebeard Pirates and jumped ship. From there, he began his plan to usurp Whitebeard's position and establish himself as one of the most powerful pirates on the seas.
Blackbeard then confronted Ace, where he revealed his Devil Fruit powers to fans for the first time. This power was extremely efficient, and even a commander as powerful as Ace could not resist it for long. Once again, Blackbeard demonstrated this ability at Impel Down and later at Paramount War.
During the Paramount War, Blackbeard's next plan was to kill Whitebeard and steal the Devil Fruit. At this point, Blackbeard became the first person in history each piece A world to consume more than one devil fruit and survive.
Now I am the strongest!! – Black beard
Blackbeard had basically gained the power of Gura Gura no Mi, the strongest type of Paramecia that allowed him to cause earthquakes at will. At this point, Blackbeard declared himself to be the strongest, and it's safe to say that he had definitely achieved tremendous power. In the New World, Blackbeard rose to fame over the next year and was eventually crowned emperor after the Rocky Harbor incident when he took control of Pirate Island and banished Wang Zhi for good.

One Piece: Oda Announces a New Break for The Manga
The One Piece manga is on hiatus, just like the anime. It's time for manga to come back.
Since then, Blackbeard has steadily grown in power, and fans know he hasn't stopped his quest for power there. Blackbeard has been hunting Devil Fruits, which is very curious. He gives Devil Fruits to his crew, but at the same time, fans wonder if he's looking to eat Devil Fruits himself.
Recently in One Piece, Blackbeard went to Amazon Lily himself. There, he wanted to get his hands on the Boa Hancock Evil Fruit. Now, fans might mistake this for Blackbeard wanting a Devil Fruit for his commanders. The truth is that every single member of the Blackbeard Pirates already has a Devil Fruit. This devil fruit could not be for one of his commanders. Instead, the only person who could eat this devil fruit was Blackbeard himself, and this would only be possible if the idea of having the three powers of the devil fruit remained in his hand. Unfortunately for him, he couldn't steal Hancock's Devil Fruit, which basically means Blackbeard has his eyes set elsewhere in the story's future.
Blackbeard's third potential Devil Fruit in one piece
Blackbeard can eat a powerful Zoan-type Devil Fruit
As things stand, fans are pretty sure that Blackbeard will eat the third Devil Fruit at some point in the final saga. Currently Blackbeard has the strongest Logia which is Yami Yami no Mi and the strongest Paramecia is Gura Gura no Mi. Logic would dictate that Blackbeard eat the most powerful Zoan Devil Fruit, or at least a very powerful Zoan Devil Fruit. It's probably going to be a mythic Zoan, and there are certainly some very exciting ideas in there.
Two of the most exciting ideas are the Kraken/Octopus or Cerberus. Both of them fit Blackbeard in terms of symbolism and at the same time the power to hold several abilities. In fact, many fans believe that Blackbeard had this Devil Fruit prior to eating the Yami Yami no Mi, which would then explain why he was able to consume multiple fruits.
These animals are attributed the quality of having either multiple heads or multiple hearts. Regardless, fans are sure to see Blackbeard's third Devil Fruit soon, which will likely be the Zoan. When this happens, Blackbeard will surpass even Yonko and become one of the strongest, if not the strongest, pirates of the current era.
