Best Rich Orichalcum Vein Locations

The highest level of metal craft materials in Trade union wars 2Orichalcum is a rare and expensive mineral that is used in making weapons and armor. Along with other farms, such as a flax shower, selling a stack each day can help amass a small fortune in gold. Orichalcum nodules are limited worldwide, including the rich variety, and are produced sporadically throughout Tyria. However, there are a handful of rich nodes that can be mined once per day and are guaranteed to appear in the same location.

“Path of Fire” is required to obtain all these nodes, as well as the navigational abilities of PoF mounts. All of the nodes can be found with the expansion set, but Sky Scale Chapter 4 makes collecting much easier. Gathering is always made easier with skills that grant invisibility, and a thief, dealer, or engineer (with the elite scraper specialty) make excellent candidates for stealth mining activities.

Crystal Oasis – Amnoon Southern Skirts, Vulture Den

• Recommended mounts: Roller Beetle and Gryphon

Start at Amnon Way Station, exit the east gate and head southeast. Above some rock platforms, to the right of the rock wall, is the entrance to a mining area with some veteran vultures.

Dispatch them or avoid them and find a rich Orichalk node on the right. In addition to this relatively nearby rich node, there are many orichalk ore nodes in and around Amnon, but unlike the node guarded by vultures in the mine, their locations vary throughout the desert.

Crystal Oasis – Destiny Valley

Climb up and enter the forge mines

• Recommended mounts: sand jackal

Starting at the Destiny's Gorge waypoint, head north. Follow along the river and take the right fork. Go up the ramps and take a left at the top, into the mines infested with powerful Forged enemies. Follow the growing mine cart path and go left.

At the end of this path, there is a rich orichalic nodule. After collecting all the ores, consider the quartz crystal found near the other side of the cave. With a sky scale, it's easy to access the rich quartz crystal node above Forged Mine, above and to the west.

Crystal Oasis – Elona Reach, Temple of Kormir

Head north from the circular platform around the Cormir Temple waypoint. Climb straight up the cliff using the village buildings with a sky scale. Without the sky level, take the road to the east and go back west from the top.

Watch out for the forged traps and sharpshooters above, as they can quickly take down even the best. Trade union wars 2 Players get out of their beautiful mounts. The great tree overlooking Cormir's temple, guarded by veteran dustbenders, hides a rich knot of orichalcum.

Desert Heights – the pasture of jump nurseries

This rich orichalcum node can be found east of Highjump Ranch. From the waypoint, climb as high as you can before heading south. The second step, in addition to the long plateau, is protected by a veteran jacaranda.

Jacarandas have crowd control punches and can crowd quickly, but behind the tree they protect is a rich knot. Sometimes a single orichalek can be found near the high plateau.

Desert Heights – Brightwater

Extraction in the middle of the mushroom-shaped plateau

• Recommended mounts: Springer or griffon

On the world map, this rich orichalk nodule looks tantalizingly close to the Brightwater waypoint, but between it and the prize is a fairly vertical climb. The best route to the north is to climb the steep ledges. From there, go back and find a way to jump on the mushroom-like platforms.

The larger of the two contains the rich knot but is protected by an old dust turner. Submit it and start mining. With a flying mountain like sky scale, one can follow the narrow plateau to the north and follow the rich knot of Orichalcum, which would otherwise be flown to from Highjump Ranch.

The Desolation – Sand Jackel Run

Walkable in landslides

• Recommended mounts: Skimmer

Running into this vein is fairly simple, but wyrms, bugs, and Awakened patrols can make it difficult to collect. From the Sand Jackel Run Waypoint, head east across the sulfur on a skimmer to the dark dome.

The dome on the map depicts a floating tower, and the rich orichalcum vein lies just below it. The Wyrm fires projectiles from afar, and any other enemies around the area can be deadly. There is also a typical Orichalk node to the north that is worth checking out.

Ruin – Forgotten nest

Up and around the corner of the snake's den

• Recommended mounts: Raptor

From the Lair of the Forgotten Waypoint, head northeast into the valley beyond the gate. Take the winding road to the Sulfur Pit but keep left.

A rich vein of orichalcum is located on the side of a black rock hill. Either a veteran sand eel or ghostly hyenas guard the prize.

Destruction – Bonestrand

The secret behind the great waterfall

• Recommended mounts: Skimmer and sand jack (required)

Start at the Bonestrand waypoint, at the top of The Desolation against the Bone Wall opposite the Elon Riverlands, head straight east across water, a natural land bridge, then the lake, to the waterfall.

Using the sand jack, climb the hill and look for a sand portal among the waterfalls. Use Jackal's fancy teleportation power to blink into the cave, where the statue of Abaddon is (Trade union wars 2The God of Lost and Horned Mysteries) stands watching. On the right side of the statue is the node.

Domain Of Vabbi – Sunspear Sanctuary

Two rich nodes, northeast and southwest

• Recommended mounts: Griffon or Skyscale

This node is easiest to access with the Spearmarshal's Plea tool, which can be obtained during the quest line to unlock the gryphon (but unfortunately cannot be re-obtained if it has already been destroyed).

Without Spearmarshal's Plea, the best place to start is the Market Ruins Waypoint to the left of Brand's Scar, and from there, to the Spearmarshal's Lement favorite. The rich vein is found on the southern road in the far southeast part of the map.

Domain Of Vabbi – Necropolis, At The Base Of The Crypt

Skills that give you Stealth are highly recommended to trap Orichalk Ore in this location. The fastest way to enter is through the necropolis. Head up to the massive building in the southwest with the red dome.

Find the stairs down to the back. Under the spiral staircase is another way to reach The Crypts vantage point. Try to find the lowest section without drawing the wrath of the living dead. At the very bottom, down a slope, is a very powerful Awakened Abomination. Stealth and trap the ore.

The Domain of Kourna – Dabiji Hollows (The Living World Season 4, Episode 3)

At the top of the desert mountain

• Recommended mounts: Springer or Skyscale

This place requires Trade union wars 2“Living World Season 4” episode Long Live the Lich, as well as the “Path of Fire” expansion. Take the Dabjaji road and go to the mountains on the other side of the bridge.

After reaching the mountains, go up to the left, where some vultures are sitting. The rich Orichalk node is on one of the small and tall platformers. There is also a mithril-rich vein on a nearby mountain peak.
