Alleged murders of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies: New claims about bullets allegedly used to kill couple

Accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon allegedly fired three bullets from his police-issued gun, using bullets stolen from a gun range to refill the weapon when he checked it back into the police station, police will allege.

Shocking new police claims about the senior constable, who is accused of murdering Sydney couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, were revealed by Ben Fordham on 2GB radio on Thursday.

Mr Fordham revealed police are alleging Mr Lamarre-Condon fired three shots at Jesse Baird and Luke Davies from his police-issued gun.

He said it would be further alleged Mr Lamarre Condon used bullets stolen from a firing range a fortnight before the killing to refill his gun.

Constable Lamarre-Condon then allegedly checked the gun back into Balmain Police Station.
