All Might vs. All for a round 3, explained

This article contains spoilers from My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 21.

My hero academy It is currently in its final arc and the story is currently set on the greatest war the world has ever seen. This war sees the heroes battle All For One and his army of evil, and it's safe to say that whoever comes out on top in this fight will be the one who establishes control of the entire society in the world for the foreseeable future. So far, story writer Horikoshi has finished the smaller fights, and now only the biggest ones remain. Fans are currently witnessing Touga's battle with Uraraka, and shortly after, the focus will likely shift to the final battles between All For One and All Might, and Deku and Shigaraki at the same time. While the latter will come second, fans are excited about the upcoming fight between All For One and All Might.

Previous encounters between all for one and all are possible

All Might and All For One are sworn enemies

All For One and All Might are no strangers to fighting each other. The two enjoy what is probably the greatest rivalry in the entire series. All For One and All Might have clashed several times in the past and these two are very important. All For One has never been able to defeat All Might, however, his chance may finally arrive here. Both of these forces clashed on two separate major occasions and all but lost both fights despite their overwhelming strength.

The first fight they participated in took place years before the first season My hero academy. In this fight, All For One was an absolutely incredible opponent for All Might, however, the symbol of peace was at his peak at the time. For him, it wasn't too difficult to eliminate All For One. All Might was able to gather all his strength and finish All For One during that fight. It is at this point that All For One lost a large part of his face. However, he did not go down without harming his archenemy. All For One also ended up being a big blow to All Might and fans saw it in the very first season of the show. All For One made a hole in his torso, which ruptured his respiratory organs and severely weakened him.

From that point on, All Might was paralyzed and his powers began to fade. While All For One was also greatly weakened, due to the fact that he was the one who lost the fight, he continued to grow in the shadows. He slowly developed a plan to get back to his best and even beyond. Fans will then see his plan play out later in the story. Ultimately, his plans lead to his confrontation with All Might again on Kamino. At this point, All Might had already given Deku the One For All. As such, he only had whispers of this power left in his body and was already severely weakened by the injury he had endured years ago.

Meanwhile, All For One continued to go from strength to strength by stealing more Quirks and experimenting with more combinations. This fight was much tougher for All Might and it was clear that he was struggling throughout. Even with all his power, he couldn't pose much of a threat to All For One. In addition, the latter himself confirmed that he was getting slower and weaker, and that in his prime, he was doing much better.

However, due to the power stored within him, the fight once again ended in All Might's favor. Transcending all his limitations and unleashing everything he had within him, All Might was able to end it all with one punch, this time sending him to Tartarus, hoping to finish the job once and for all. In doing so, All Might became the People's Champion, however, at the same time, it created a period of uncertainty as his powers completely faded and he no longer had what it took to become a hero. As such, the number one champion had to retire and someone else had to step in and fill his shoes.

While fans expected the threat of All For One to subside, he continued to plan ahead and when Tartarus was broken, All For One was released once again. Fans realized that he never stopped plotting to become the biggest threat in the entire universe and that his plan was actually still active. He planned everything to gain more power and now, he wants to take over Shigaraki's body so that he can perfect himself and become the most powerful and heinous villain in history. To carry out this plan, he even recently managed to reverse his age thanks to his very close friend, Dr. Kyodai.

All may be transferred to Deku one for all

The latest events of My Hero Academia have fully confirmed that All For One has decreased in age and is now in its original state. In fact, he became even younger and is already beyond his prime. His control over his Quirk is greater than ever, and the threat he poses to society is greater as well. No one can stand in his way and not even Endeavor or Hawks could stop him. In fact, even the cooperation of individual heroes on the battlefield is not enough to stop him. As such, fans don't expect All Might to be too much of a challenge for him either, especially now that he no longer has his powers. However, to everyone's surprise, All Might returns to the battlefield one last time despite having no Quirk.

While everyone believes that he is going to die, he believes in himself and thinks that it is his duty to finally put an end to All For One. He was seen on the All For One route a while back, and while fans haven't seen much of the fight since then, it's only a matter of time before Horikoshi focuses on it once again. It's clear that All Might isn't at his strongest, or even close to it, however, fans may be surprised to see him in an upcoming fight. This is because he's carrying some sort of hero gear that he's clearly already used during battle.

This Hero Equipment is like a suit that can help him gain more power and take on the threat of All For One. Whether or not he'll be able to pull off a victory against All For One remains to be seen, however, fans shouldn't underestimate the former number one champion. It's possible that he has an ace up his sleeve to surprise All For One and at the same time, a hero who puts his life on the line to save people with this belief certainly can't go away easily.

Not everyone can beat everyone for one

All Might vs All For One Round Three is about to begin and fans will be on the edge of their seats throughout. Judging by the power level of the two characters, a bet says that All For One will win this fight. It is highly likely that he will emerge victorious, however, All Might will not go down without putting up a decent fight. Strictly speaking, this fight could go two ways, both ending well for All Might. While a large portion of the fans expect him to die, that certainly won't be the case as All Might is also fighting his fate. Fans know that Sir Knight saw him die years ago, however, All Might is in a battle against fate itself, and with that belief he can most certainly change it with his own hands.

All Might is going to shock All For One when the two engage in a fight and show him why he was chosen as the eighth user of One For All. Even though he is no longer a professional champion, he is still someone that everyone can rely on. At his core, he wants to be a champion once again, and for that reason, he will fight with all his might.

The first way this fight could go is for All Might to defeat everyone in some way, and later, Deku defeats Shigaraki. This ultimately leads to the end of the Final War arc and the rescue of Shigaraki. Another way fans can see this fight is that All For One defeats All Might and then completely takes over Shigaraki's body, which then gives Deku the perfect opportunity to become the ultimate hero. Rise up and defeat the devil all the time. All for one. While fans enjoy this scenario, it would be much better to see All Might defeat All For One once again using all of his new found powers. That way, both All For One and All Might will have a fitting conclusion to their stories, which is definitely something any fan of the series will enjoy.
