With Epic Games teaming up with Marvel for another superhero-themed season, Fortnite Lots of new weapons and items have been added to the game, straight out of a Marvel movie or comic book. From Captain America's Shield to Shuri's Black Panther Claws, Season 5 Season 4, also known as Absolute Doom, has completely messed up the game's meta. Unfortunately, many new Fortnite Items have seen significant changes since the new content update first launched, which is just one of the many controversies that have arisen throughout the season.
Along with constant nerves and a ridiculously overpowered Dr. Doom Fortnite Weapons, players now encounter a frustrating bug that sends them flying into the sky. On Reddit, a user posted a short clip of them using Churi's Black Panther Claws and trying to use their jump ability to jump forward. Unfortunately, by activating this feature, they were teleported to the top of the island. Fortunately, they suffered no damage from the crash as they sped back to the island, but it knocked them out for over a minute.

This post clearly resonated with the community, as did other enthusiasts Fortnite Players indicated that they encountered the exact same bug. Reddit user GalickGunn said the same thing happened to them two weeks ago when they were playing with their son. They explained that there was only one team left, but when they used the launch ability, it shot them into the sky. Fortunately, their son managed to finish the job and pick the Royal Victory. Another user, known as doomsoul909, said they encountered the bug while doing a “just claw” challenge.
This is not the first time Fortnite Players have experienced a bug with a Marvel weapon, and it probably won't be the last. While there's no way to know exactly what caused this frustrating bug, one Reddit user speculated that the issue was related to server inconsistencies. They explained that the server probably couldn't determine the exact position of the players in time, so it defaulted to 0, where the battle bus is played at the beginning of the game.
