MoU to drive job creation, training in Saudi hospitality 

Riyadh: The water supply and environmental sanitation project in Yemen by Saudi Arabia's aid agency KSrelief has continued to improve conditions for residents there.

From June 19 to 25, about 1033550 liters of drinking water and 10849000 liters of non-potable water were supplied in Hajjah. The project team worked in Midi, Harad, Hiran and Ebbs districts, as well as Ashour camp in Razieh Saada district.

38 trips were made to remove garbage from IDP camps, while in Saada 70,000 potable and non-potable water were pumped, benefiting 30,100 people.

KSrelief also launched a voluntary medical project for ear, nose and throat surgeries and tumor removal in Makla, Hadhramout province.

This initiative, which started on July 20 for a week, includes 22 volunteers from different medical specialties. The medical team has successfully performed 60 specialized surgeries to date.

Meanwhile, in Sudan, KSrelief completed its project for urology surgeries in Port Sudan. This one-week plan included 11 volunteers and 119 successful specialized surgeries were performed.
